Guests can choose from a 10-course degustation with Nelly’s signature storytelling, a relaxed Sunday Roast, or our beachside Terrace à la carte- each showcasing bold flavours and seasonal produce.
We happily cater to gluten free, vegan and most dietary requirements; for the degustation and Sunday Roast, we ask that any dietaries are shared with us at least 48 hours prior to your booking.

Together, they have reimagined the menus across the Degustation, Terrace and Sunday Roast — each offering showcasing seasonal produce, bold flavours and thoughtful execution. While the experience feels new, it remains grounded in the relaxed, generous style that defines The Pines.
